A vessel of God: being a "hallow bone"

In Native American heritage, they say we should be like a hallow bone.  Meaning letting go of the things that  are not of our higher purpose so we can be a vessel for God of love and joy, and all the things of truth.

This cleansing or healing process is us letting go of the stuff that does not serve us anymore, forgiving, if we must. These things block us and try to hold us back.  Welcome the process knowing that it is preparing us for the things we will do for God.

Native Prayer

Yesterday is happily released; today joyfully embraced. I walk in light. ...  Today I am ingenious, sincere, and full of heart in my knowledge. ... virtue strength of body and spirit are united within me this day. When I pray each day I pray for health and healing of the whole of creation not just humanities healing. I ask Spirit .. to help me walk on changing Mother with compassion and understanding for all that exists.

Native words

I have known light and dark. I chose and helped myself in a time of silence. My mind and heart have been lifted as a sacred medicine bowl in communion with my divine inner being. I received the outpouring to use in my quest for well-being of self and humanity. I am  wise and humble as truth is revealed. I have found my way. I am on my path.

The beauty of all

Let us not let our differences divide us. Our varied experiences give us a different perspective to help one another. No matter the age we can all learn from one another and share with one another. The different colors of our skin, well they add to the beauty. And if we see us as a rainbow all the colors are needed for it.
Life will do a lot to divide us if it can do not let it. Allow yourself to see beyond the illusion.

Peace begins with each of us

"The first peace, which is the most important,
is that which comes within
the souls of people
when they realize their relationship, their oneness,
with the universe and all its powers,
and when they realize that at the center of the universe
dwells the Great Spirit,
and that this center is really everywhere,
it is within each of us."
~ Black Elk - Oglala Sioux ~

The things we see in this world are illusions to distract us. Let peace enter your heart and you will see the binds that hold you back are not real at all.
Find the peace in your heart and out will burst love and nothing will hold you back.
 Peace,
Lisa Ann
