Gratitude

 Today think of what you are grateful for in your life.

 An attitude of gratitude can really show us that we do have wonderful things in our life.  The blessings just might out weight the negatives.

Maybe say it out loud. All the things you are grateful for.

 Say it to those we are grateful for. See the ripples of awesome gratitude you will create!

 When we express gratitude, beautiful things flow to us.
