Happy new moon, April 29, 2014!!!!

This cycle we are entering Taurus and it is a time of grace. Just enjoying what is. Not so worried about where things will take us just living in the now.

Now is a time to appreciate being who you are. Embrace self.  Along with that is looking within, seeing the true self.
The influence of Taurus is of enjoying all there is in life. Celebrating our senses fully and all they bring to us see the beauty all around and experience it too!

We are also having a solar eclipse which may further have us looking at things we desire to change and working towards that.  Find out more about the eclipse here: http://www.space.com/25610-annular-solar-eclipse-visibility-maps-april-2014-images.html

Taurus Full~moon Ritual: for those into ritual there is is a cool ritual you can do where you really draw awareness to your body. Your arms legs, etc until you are aware of all and then let it feel totally relaxed all tensions and negatives released.
Then imagine that flowers are all around you in a circle as protection. And think of the attributes of Taurus, loyalty, patience, artistic, sensual. Allow these into your life in the most positive way. Saying the affirmation "I am productive"
Now allow the blessings to come to you.

Key words:  grace, acceptance, being, release

Affirmations:
I live in the now and celebrate it
I surrender to what I desire and all else falls away.

Happy Full Pink moon, April 15, 2014!!!!

This moon is called the pink moon because the moss pink (also called: wild ground phlox, flame flower, wild sweet willam) is usually the first blooms of Spring time. It is also called the grass moon or the egg moon.  In other parts of the world it is called the Harvest Moon, Hunter’s Moon, Blood Moon.
New moon name in other cultures:
  • Colonial American: Planter's Moon
  • Chinese: Peony Moon
  • American Indian (Cherokee): Flower Moon
  • American Indian (Choctaw): Wildcat Moon
  • American Indian (Dakotah Sioux): Moon When Geese Return in Scattered Formation
  •  American Indian (Apache) moon of the big leaves
  • American Indian (Cheyenne)  moon when the greese lay eggs
  • Celtic: Growing Moon
  • English Medieval: Seed Moon

We are also having a full lunar eclipse too In Libra. This eclipse will begin at 2:00 am and end at 4:25 EST. This is worth watching! Some have looked at such eclipse and an “end of days” Some as a new cycle.  4 planets are intersecting during this eclipse; Aries, Libra, Capricorn and Cancer forming a cardinal cross on the day of Passover (Hebrew calendar)

This is a great time to focus on your spirituality. There are very strong influences of personal strength that will help us accomplish releasing old patterns.  Flow with the river and all will be fine.

There are strong influences for much strength in love relationships now.

All and all there are some strong forces. Allow yourself to feel them and work for you in your life.

Native American fire ceremony:
Some have done a fire ceremony to release old things and draw in new ones, often during the full moon. This is done by creating a circle around a fire calling on the powers that be and guides in our own way God, Great spirit, … etc.  We have a picture or drawing that is reflective of what we want to release. It is burned in the fire. This releases the old. Next we have a paper with the things written we desire is burned in the fire. This is things to replace the old with.

Key words:  birth, growth, freshness, releasing

Affirmations:
I let go of the things that do not serve me and allow the things that do
I accept Universal guidance
