Happy New Year and New Moon

Happy New Year!!! And happy New Moon January 1, 2014!!!!

This Moon phase shows us a time of major movement and creativity. New Year “out with the old and in with the new” mentality can be very literal with new things to come and bloom in our world.

One cool aspect is Capricorn which is paramount at the moment; & is 11ยบ. One is the number of divinity.  Let this divine connection thrive.

There are strong electromagnetic pulls, so now is the time to make things happen.

Oh another really cool thing. This year is really going to begin with a bang with some very unique monthly cycles which just further point to this powerful time of new beginnings. Such as two new moons this month. so look out for new moon 2 the black moon.  So make this year totally rock!!!

Key words:  divine growth, newness

Affirmations:
Let’s get this party going!!!
I am connected and all flows to me
I release stagnant energy and thrive

5 Tibetan Rites

The five Tibetan rites are a group of excises said to be the fountain of youth. The series of exercises do balance the 7 basic chakras and when things are balanced and flowing right miracles are possible.

It is suggested to do all exercises twice a day. Each without stress as each of us may have different abilities to do such.

 Exercise 1.

This first movement is supposed to help  inner ear health and balance.

With palms facing down spin in a clockwise direction maintaining full breaths.  (left to right) If prone to dizziness focus on the left hand.

 Breath deeply....

Exercise 2.

This is supposed to help the metabolism, strengthen the abdomen and help digestion.

Laying on the back  with palms down inhale tucking chin in and legs up. exhale and put them down.

Exercise 3.

Improves breathing, thyroid, spinal flexibility and stretches the thighs.

Tilt chin in for a moment. then lean back grabbing the back of the thighs as you breath in deeply then as you go up breath out.

 Exercise 4.

This is good for the legs, arms, abdomen, circulation, breathing and thyroid.

First sit with legs out and head tilted in, hands to the sides palms down. Tuck chin in for a moment.  Take a deep breath and allow the head to drop back and let the hips push forward and feet to be standing. Exhale and return to start position.

Exercise 5.

For over all stamina and strength.

Begin laying flat on the stomach then using hands lift head back and arch back.
Take a deep breath and raise bottom like a backwwards v.
Exhale and return to starting position. When ready get up and go on with the day.

Remember these positions may be easy for some and not for others so take your time and do what you can til you are able to do all exercises two times a day. Do not do them swiftly but at a nice pace with good form.

Remember body and mind health together makes for a balances one. Here is to your total health. namaste _/|\_

Dec. Full ~moon

Happy New moon December 17, 2013

These are some of different full moon names which can vary based on where in the world you are; Moon before Yule, or Long Night Moon, Strawberry Moon, Honey Moon, Rose Moon.

Now is a time of cooperation. Team efforts are highlighted now. And you should click well with others.

Mentally you should be very sharp now and open to lots of brainstorming and awesomeness. New paths can be created now easily.  Fun and whimsy that has carried over from the New moon will be the mood now.

Curiously enough this being the last full moon of the year it is also one that ends with completion.  Things that have seemed stuck will become unstuck.  This can be seen in various ways, things manifested, as the butterfly transforming, venting, or perhaps things flowing smoothly like a smooth flowing river.

Make sure to look within and mediate, pray or whatever suits you.

Key words:  Opportunity, cooperation, manifestation fulfilled

Affirmations:
I build new worlds of harmony and bliss
 I create easily
I am free to fly

Flowing with love and harmony

Since we all have our own path this means that not all spiritual ideas flow with each of us. There is nothing wrong with that at all. But we all need to realize that and not fault another if they do not see eye to eye with us.

Some choose to pray while others mediate or do energy work,… None of these is superior to another. They all have their place in the cycle of things and thus that is why we are drawn to what we are; to add that unique element to the world.  It is a beautiful thing and should not be allowed to create divisions. For anything that draws us to divine is of unity.

But there are also lots of different little things that come to play with it all. Since we do all have our own path that also means our own experiences too.  Some have harder lives than others and some are much happier than others.  In our interactions with others we see a bit of this. And unfortunately not all of it may be positive. Even if we have the best mindset with things we may still be affected.  That is how karma works. What we do affects all. So it is for each of us to be our best.  We should not feel like we did something wrong if another is negative to us. This is an issue within them that needs to be dealt with; healing on some level. As the saying goes: “hurt people hurt people”. We can love someone with all we have yet that does not mean they will be positive. And us seeing that they need to heal does not mean we are negative. It may well mean we are healers and tuned to that. So we do what we do and wish the best for them and if possible we aid them in purest love.  It does not have to be part of our own experience or within us for us to understand or see it.

Wherever you are in your path I wish you all peace and love and joy

Faith

In the human experience many have the mentality of "I will believe when I see it." God wants us to believe and then he will let us see. We are to trust the experience and believe all will be well... or better yet KNOW all is well. Know it, feeling in the depths of our heart and we will see. The funny thing is some see faith as being "blind" yet it is powerful and real and will help us see truth. Dare to take a leap of faith and see the beauty that is.

 Affirmations:
 I can overcome anything
 I have faith
