In Native American heritage, they
say we should be like a hallow bone.
Meaning letting go of the things that
are not of our higher purpose so we can be a vessel for God of love and
joy, and all the things of truth.
This cleansing or healing process
is us letting go of the stuff that does not serve us anymore, forgiving, if we
must. These things block us and try to hold us back. Welcome the process knowing that it is
preparing us for the things we will do for God.
